Lagos What's Nearby

Lagos is an historic town on the Western Algarve, Portugal, situated 80km west of Faro.

The town has lots to offer and something to suit all tastes. A stylish marina with a variety of bars and restaurants. The wonderful beaches of Meia Praia, 6km of golden sand, the scenic Praia Donna Anna and the bays of Comino and Porto de Mos.

The old town is full of character, with cobbled streets surrounded by the old town walls. Lots of bars and restaurants, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Browse the shops for ceramics from the local potteries, clothing from exclusive boutiques and for that fresh produce, visit the local farmers market.

The nearest golf course, Palmares, is just a 5 minute drive from the apartments at Meia Praia. Other golf courses within a 20 minute drive are Boa Vista, Penina, Parque de Floresta and Alto Golf.
